Introducing Flicks: learn something new in every swipe
A Reels-style feed of facts, flashcards, quick quizzes and brain games — built for the five minutes you were going to spend scrolling anyway.
Be honest: how many times today did you open an app "for a second" and look up twenty minutes later? We do it too. So instead of fighting the scroll, we built something worth scrolling. Say hello to Flicks, the newest tab in Snapnotes.
What's in the feed
Flicks is a full-screen, swipe-up feed. Every card takes a few seconds, and every few cards there's a quick game to wake your brain up.
- Did you know? — short, surprising facts from maths, science, history and more.
- Flashcards — tap to flip. Question on the front, answer on the back.
- Quick quizzes — pick an answer and get an instant explanation, right or wrong.
- Quick tips — study techniques that actually work, in two sentences.
- Brain games — Zip, Queens and Math Sprint, generated fresh so they never run out.
Three brain games, zero repeats
Zip asks you to draw one line through every cell, passing the numbers in order. Queens wants one crown in every row, column and colour — with no two crowns touching. Math Sprint gives you 30 seconds to answer as many quick sums as you can, and they get harder as you go. Every puzzle is generated on the spot, so there's always a new one.
Earn XP while you scroll
Flicks pays you back for paying attention. Spend a moment on a card and you earn XP. Answer a quiz correctly and you earn more. Solve a brain game and you earn the most. There are daily caps, so it rewards showing up every day rather than grinding all night.
Try it now
Flicks is live for every Snapnotes account today — look for the new tab in the bottom bar. We're adding new cards every week, and we'd love to hear which subjects you want next.
