Flashcards from any PDF, in seconds

Flashcards are one of the best study tools there is — they make you pull answers from memory instead of rereading. The problem has always been making them. Turning a chapter into good cards takes longer than reading the chapter.

Starting today, you don't have to. Open any note on Snapnotes, tap Flashcards, and get a deck built from that note in seconds.

What makes a good card

• →One fact per card. "What are the three laws of thermodynamics?" is three cards, not one.
• →Questions that need recall, not recognition. "Define entropy" beats "Is entropy a measure of disorder?"
• →Short answers you can check at a glance.

We tuned the generator around those rules, so the decks are built for testing yourself, not for rereading.
